If you scroll to the bottom of this page, you’ll find our licensing information. To the unfamiliar eye, it looks like a bunch of random numbers next to industry jargon. To help you understand what our licensing information actually means, here’s Warner Service’s simple explanation:

Licensed in MD, VA, WVA, PA – This is easy, guys. It means Warner Service can legally help any residents in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

MD HVACR: 7196 – This means that the Maryland Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Contractors (HVACR) licenses and regulates Warner Service to provide commercial and residential HVACR services. The number after each license is our registration number. Feel free to use 7196 to validate our HVACR license here.

MD REG PLBG GAS FITTER: 8431 – The Maryland Board of Plumbing licenses and regulates us to provide and/or assist in plumbing and gas services in Maryland, especially Frederick and Hagerstown. For more information, visit their website.

VA MASTER HVAC: 2710063142According to Home Prep, a division of Stautzenberger College, this means Warner Service is licensed as a master HVAC in Virginia after 10 years of verified practical experience, 1 year of practical experience as a licensed Virginia journeyman, and two passed exams. Because of this, we can install, repair, maintain, and alter heating systems, boilers, process piping, and mechanical refrigeration systems.

MASTER GAS FITTER: 2710055124 and MASTER PLUMBER: 2710055124According to the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, this means Warner Service is licensed as a master HVAC in Maryland. This requires a 2-year journey license, a passed comprehensive written exam by the Maryland Board of Plumbing, and 3,700 hours of training under a licensed master plumber/gas fitter.

WV: PL02360 – This is our plumbing certification for West Virginia, issued by the West Virginia Division of Labor. To earn this, Warner Service had to complete at least 12,000 hours of plumbing work experience, have competence in designing plumbing systems, and provide instruction and supervision to journeyman plumbers. Feel free to verify our license here.

WSSC: 73014 – This acronym stands for Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission. To check out what we had to do to earn this license and how we can help your home or business using it, go to their website and use our registration number.

PA: 037430 – Thanks to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, we’re able to perform plumbing and HVAC service and installation on Pennsylvania homes and businesses.
